QJ877A-8-2new design Glass Edge Polishing Machine     1.QJ877A-8-2 horizontal Straight Edge Glass Grinding Machine is Improved by model QJ877A-3.
2.It is our new developed glass grinding machine accordingly to cabinet panel glasses' technological requirement.
3.Technological requirement of CABINET panel glass:glass thickness from 2mm to 5mm.Upper edge need wider than normal and good polish.For mid-edge,because it could not be covered fully by invisible frame,it shall be with higher polish like upper edge.For lower edge,it always invisible only need grinder wheel to avoid cutting fingers.Size error need to be controled within 0.2mm.
4.According to the above requirements,we change the previous configuration to make four wheels for upper edge,three wheels for mid edge,one wheel for lower edge,which can finish upper-edge with high precision and polish,mid-edge fine polish and lower fine grinder.
5.For well controling of glass precision,this machine is adopted Reverse Positioning on straight guide to promise its high precision.
