Full-automatic horizontal four-edge grinding machine is developed for grinding glass edges such as building glass, glass doors and windows and other complicated or simple white glass and low-e glass. Glass is fixed by transporting belts with vacuum suction for avoiding any damage when grinding and transporting. It solves the problem of grinding and chamfering of glass edges. It also can process coated glass by changing special wheels.





The machine is controlled by CNC system, to finish glass edge grinding and chamfering and other functions. Processing speed can be up to 25 m/min for arris grinding, and 20 m/min for both edges and arris grinding. It automatically detects the size of glass without human adjustment. All different size of glass can be finished continuously. It is a kind of high efficiency, energy saving, automatic glass edge processing machine. It can be assembled as a part of an automatic Production line with other machines like Cutting machine, automatic unloading table, washing machine and toughening furnace. It is the best support machine of grinding procession equipments for insulating glass, glass wall, glass doors and windows, laminated glass etc.
