Technical Features

1. LD-AB JetConvection series adopt JetConvection heating technology and have a flat quenching section and a bending quenching section that lie on both sides of the heating furnace. By loading the glass in different directions, the furnace can temper both flat and bent glass.
2. Each bending system has one individual fine adjusting device, which can slightly adjust the local curve necessarily for the best possible quality products.
3. Precise screw pairs are adopted in bending mechanism, which ensures smooth curve of bent glass. Because each screw pairs are driven at same time, there will be no accumulated error in bending mechanism.
4. Different curves can be set and achieved in production by simply input the numbers via human-machine interface. With precise screw pairs in bending mechanism and servo control system, the end products are of high quality.
