Product Description
Channel Cutting machine is used for punching, marking and shearing on angle steel, band steel and channel steel of electrical power, communication power industry.
This Channel machine is adopts the steel plate assembly mechanism. Small size, light weight and good rigidity, and the hydraulic system is replaced by the solenoid valve and the structure is simple, easy to use and easy to maintain.
◆ Function
1. This Production line realizes the multi-holes distance punching at angle steel, channel steel (3 sides) and band steel.
2. Shearing unit is in single blade shearing, it can ensure the quantity of cut in low down wastage.
3. It basically meets the requirements all the jobs of angle steel less than 160 width and channel steel/band steel (less than 180 width).
4. This new processing technology reduces the auxiliary working time and improves the working efficiency.
